the worst PS3 game that has ever been made. December 27, 2008 I wreckon they originally thought lets make it for the PS2. 2 weeks later it has just been announced that the PS3 is due to be coming out. Oh actually where not going to make any money if its on PS2 lets give it a new cover saying PS3 on it. Graphics terrible, acton is just tedious and boring worst game i ever played actually I dont care if its motion sensative its bad dont get it. not recommended
really good game. November 3, 2008 OK i have had this game a good while now, no problems at all with controls really good, and great fun :D
i would recommend this game
turkeys not dragons August 30, 2008 bought this game because i love air combat games and love dragons , imagine how disapointed I was . The controlls were hard to master and the between round stories dull ( and you can`t skip them ). On the bright side the missions are challenging and the graphics superb . In general i would only recomend this game to people who seriously love air combat games and can tie themselves into knots
okay my star rating is straight down the middle, I want to like this I really do. June 7, 2008 I have been playing this a little, the graphics are superb the story is well thought out and seems interesting enough. The controls certainly have potential, actually I like them a lot, however other aspects really annoy me. some of the mission design is poor, and a lack of a targeting/lock on system. Ok why would dragons have one? but it would make some sections of the game more enjoyable if you could follow one enemy rather than turn endlessly trying to find the enemy who just shot passed you. Also some levels are close quarters which is really tricky with the controls, better thought should have gone in there. I wonder if this game was playtested or not. It has so much potential but a few niggles let it down. Still perhaps I will enjoy it more as I get further through it, I like it enough not to give up just yet.
This game should not be getting the reviews it is getting! March 31, 2008 7 out of 8 found this review helpful
When I read the reviews to this game it was after I had actually bought it so I was gobsmacked by how bad they were!
First off THE DRAGON IS CONTROLABLE!!! Loads of reviews are saying that the dragon is impossible to control and it doesn't work. What happened with me was my controler actually wasn't working so the dragon kept flying upwards. I was really bugged by this and frustrated but i tried the other controller and-hey-it started to work! NOT GAME-CONTROLLER! please check before you give up. It took me about 30 mins to master the controls and it is really easy after that! Rise up to the challenge!
The one thing everyone agrees on is the graphics, which are amazing! Every detail is toned to look lifelike with shadows and reflections and everything. The graphics are also amazing in the story scenes that you occasionly watch. Music is also suited to the scene and good.
Another good thing about it is the amount of levels. There are loads of levels to work through and with a medal systm you can go back and strive for the gold, unlocking art work and battle moves as you do so! You can compare youratatus online aswell so that you always aim higher.
One downside I would say is that the end level is easier then the begginging ones. Though good none the less! So TRY IT before you get turned away by these horrible reviews!
