Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars DS but in a different suit   December 24, 2008

Not much to shout about under the hood, this is still the Nintendo DS Lite that we know and love.

I just fancied a different colour-scheme from my friends and I wasn't disappointed. The reviewer above states the power supply 'issue'. I haven't had a single issue with my PSU or the DS Lite to date. I go through patches of non-stop play and just non-play.
For what my opinion is worth, the charger sure seems safe to me. If this is something that worries you, buy a UK charger that is certified.

The DS/Lites are multi-regional by default. This means that UK/EU games work in this US model and that US games work in the UK/EU models so there shouldn't ever be an incompatibility.

3 out of 5 stars Not intended (by Nintendo) for UK distribution   July 30, 2008

Yep, it's a DS Lite, which is good, but the supplied power supply is not Nintendo certified for use in the EU. A little annoying.
